ôm ôm is a physical letter subscription. We offer:
* Recurring subscription: one package sent approximately every two months
* One-time order: a single package, no recurring charge
Each package contains a handcrafted letter and selected additional items. Package contents vary and are curated by us.// Ordering & contract formation
By completing checkout and confirming your order, you make a binding offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email.// Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by Squarespace at the time of order. For recurring subscriptions, you will be charged on the same date each billing cycle.// Shipping
We ship from Berlin, Germany, using Deutsche Post. Estimated delivery times:
* Germany: 2–4 business days
* Europe: 1–2 weeks
* International: 2–4 weeks (varies by destination)
We ship to most countries internationally. A list of excluded destinations is available on our website. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.// Returns & refunds
Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds as standard policy.
If your package arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us at omom.within@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and find a fair solution.// Cancellation of subscriptions
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by emailing omom.within@gmail.com. Cancellations received before the next billing date will take effect immediately. No further charges will be made after cancellation. We are not able to refund the current billing period.// Statutory right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your package, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at omom.within@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.
Note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to one-time orders of personalised or perishable goods, or where the package has already been opened and used.// Liability
We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.// Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. For consumers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence also apply. -
